The JCSRS curriculum is balanced, contemporary and dynamic. It ensures students are actively engaged and able to achieve their individual learning targets.
Four transdisciplinary themes are designed to align with the PYP curriculum in ESF schools. The curriculum is collaboratively designed and delivered by teachers and therapists, with input from other professionals and significant others in safe, stimulating and caring environments.
Each student has an Individual Education Plan (IEP) that is developed by the teacher in consultation with parents and therapists. Students may also have individual therapy and Positive Behaviour Support Plans to maximize learning outcomes.
