Admission

Applications for Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision within ESF, including for school places at JCSRS, follow a different application process. SEN applications are managed through ESF Centre, with an Admissions and Review Process (ARP) to assess students and make placement recommendations inline with the ESF Levels of Adjustment Framework.

ESF – Admissions of Children with Special Educational Needs

Once an offer for placement has been made, families are invited to meet with the JCSRS Senior Leadership Team to confirm acceptance of the offer. This will include a school tour and discussion on the provision available at JCSRS. Once a placement is confirmed the team at JCSRS will review all admission reports and in consultation with the family design a personalized transition plan tailored to best meet the student’s needs.
